At DemonRings, we stand behind the quality of our rings. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:
Returns & Refunds:
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging.
- Process: Contact us with your order number and details about the product. We’ll provide instructions on where to send returned goods.
- Inspection: Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
- Refund: Approved refunds are processed, and a credit is applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us for further instructions.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
